30 rps = 1800 rpm ... Das wäre ein Fall für ein PC-Lüfter, Lüftungsblätter raus und plane Scheibe mit 2 Löchern rein und runter auf 900 rpm. Für das Feintuning der Drehzahl bringen Lüfter doch alles schon mit. Der Rest wäre ein schönes Arduinoprojekt.
Lüftereinsätze sollten sich auch per 3D-Druck realisieren lassen.
Das jedenfalls meine Überlegung dazu.
