Das stimmt so nicht. Die r² Abhängigkeit gilt nur wenn die Strahlung radial abgegeben wird, wie z.b. die Strahlung der Sonne. Wenn Arecibo aber sendet, ist das eine Richtantenne und die Strahlung wird in eine Richtung gebündelt.
