Vielen Dank für eure konstruktive Mitarbeit, es hat Spass gemacht, der Sache(Spur) auf den grund zu gehen. Auch für mich als "Messierknipser" war dies eine neue Erfahrung. Und das Josef den gleichen Satelliten aufgenommen hat, ist beinahe mehr als ein Zufall!

I have been able to positively identify the satellite in your image. You might not believe it, but it has been confirmed as the Chandra X-Ray Observatory (CXO). The angular velocity, streak direction and orientation have confirmed it.
CXO was about 114,000 km from your location when you got the image. This explains the very slow motion. I know by experience that CXO is quite bright, even at that distance. It is normally detectable with most CCDs and moderate size telescopes.
CXO is CASTOR Satellite Catalogue #0976 (The 976th satellite CASTOR has detected since January 1, 2007). The catalogue is now up to 2,309 satellites as of April 13th.

Hallo Pascal,
ein geostationärer Satellit war es nicht, da ich eine Serie von 9 Aufnahmen gemacht habe. Auf drei Aufnahmen ist die Strichspur von oben rechts nach unten links enthalten, unterbrochen von den 5 Minuten Autodark der EOS 350.
(==>) Hartwig: Ich habe die Aufnahme auch in CloudyNights gepostet, Michael von Canadian Satellite Research meinte, daß dies defenitiv eine Sat-Spur sei. Trotzdem muß das Teil bei einer Geschwindigkeit von 20´in 5 min. eine ziemlich große Umlaufbahn haben.

Schöne Aufnahme? Naja, war halt ein Fokus-Test mit dem Ergebnis, daß der Fokus am Bildrand besser war als in Bildmitte. Die Spikes von den helleren Sternen nahe Bildmitte sind ein wenig verschwommen. Nach dem Stacken war ich auch nicht so richtig zufrieden, aber ich stelle die Aufnahme mal später rein. Der E 200 hat eben eine ganz geringe Bildfeldwölbung.

Hallo,
da ich heute erst meine Aufnahmen vom 30.3. um 3.57MESZ/01.57UT von M 101 mit dem TAK E200 gesichtet habe, fiel mir diese nette Spur neben M 101 auf.
Die Aufnahme ist 5 Minuten belichtet worden, 800mm/f-4, Eos 350 Da. Um Info wäre ich dankbar.
