Nicht-gewerblich darf sich sowieso jeder so eine Kamera bauen.

Ausserhalb der USA auch, Patente gelten nur in ihrem jeweiligen Wirkungraum. US Patente haben hierzulande AFAIK keine Wirksamkeit. (Falls SBIG das ganze nicht auch als EU/D-Land Patent angemeldet haben sollte) Allerdings ist der US Astro-Markt auch umfangreich und als Hersteller wird man sich wohl schon ueberlegen ob man darauf verzichten moechte.
