Bei der ISS ist es glaube ich schon ziemlich lokal - den Überflug-Tabellen nach zu urteilen. Ich habe da leider keine Erfahrung. Aber zwischen "Nähe Hamburg" und "Halle/Saale" sind es ja schon einige Kilometer.

PS: auf flightradar24 kann man "zurückspulen". Es gab um die Zeit keine "terrestrischen" Flugbewegungen in der Gegend:

Die ISS kann es laut Überflugplan bei heavens-above.com nicht sein.

ich habe mir eine AllSky-Kamera zusammengebastelt. Gestern abend (12.02.2021) um 18:41Uhr hat die Kamera dieses Bild eingefangen:
Mein Standort ist 53,85° N, 9,56° O.
Die Kamera hat (neben Meteoren) auch schon Flugzeuge erfasst, das sah aber deutlich anders aus. Habe schon nach ISS-Überflügen gegoogelt, passt aber nicht... [8D]
