ich habe eine Frage zu dem Artikel "Deep-Sky Photography without Guiding" in Sky&Telescope, November 1989, ab Seite 538:

If the instrument's polar axis is to the left or right of the true celestial pole, declination drift will indeed be the predominant tracking error when the telescope is aimed near the meridian [...]. But six hours east or west of the meridian, the error will appear as a drift in right ascension, just as if the clock drive were running slow or fast, with almost no declination drift.

Der erste Satz ist zweifellos richtig. Aber stimmt das, was im zweiten Satz behauptet wird?
