Boeing plans to launch a test flight of its troubled Starliner capsule.

NASA picked two companies to build new spacecraft to carry astronauts to the space station. One, SpaceX, has already transported crews to orbit multiple times. The other, Boeing, has experienced multiple problems with its spacecraft, Starliner, that have prevented flights with astronauts aboard.
