Russia will add a new module to the International Space Station

The Nauka module will add to the space station's science capability and also provide another bed for a Russian astronaut to live on the station, among other improvements. After launching last week, the new laboratory section has been steadily raising its orbit until it attempts to dock with the station on Thursday morning around 9:25 a.m. Eastern time.
