This model utilizes a 1.3 megapixel Full Frame, Enhanced (Blue Plus) CCD with medium sized (16 micron) pixels. Like the rest of the Full Frame "E" sensors the KAF-1302E has very high QE across the visible spectrum and into the near IR. The excellent QE plus the medium sized pixels will make this camera a top performer on medium to large telescopes of greater than about 100 inches focal length. This detector is also available in an antiblooming version. Our target price for this model is under $8000.<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">
