Mir hat jemand mit folgender Begründung zur Verwendung von 6 anstatt von 8 Stangen geraten:
"three pairs of tubes make three triangles and that is a statically determinant structure. a four truss pair arrangement is statically indeterminate and one pair will always be left out of the picture so really things will be stiffer with a three pair structure most of the time."
Ich kann zwar nachvollziehen das ein System mit 3 Dreiecken statisch bestimmt ist und eines mit 4 nicht, aber rein gefühlsmäßig würde ich trotzdem sagen das 4 stabiler sind. Was sagen die Praktiker und Theoretiker dazu?
