Den KAF-8300 gibt es meines Wissens nur mit Anti-Blooming. Insofern ist die Anwort wohl nein.

Sorry, da hab ich was verwechselt. Es gibt (gab?) aber Chips, die mit oder ohne ABG lieferbar sind bzw waren [;)]
Ich such mal ein Bild mit 3x3 Binning, wo das bei mir recht deutlich auftrat - vielleicht wird das dann klarer, ob es sich um den gleichen Effekt handelt.
Und ohne Trockenpatrone kann eine CCD-Kamera nur funktionieren, wenn es eine irgendwie geartete Feuchtigkeitsfalle gibt. Das kann z.b. auch der Kühlfinger selbst sein, der ja um ein paar Grad kälter ist als der Chip. So z.B. in meiner CookBook-Kamera.
