has a very high standard. It is necessary to aks for all data needed to exclude mistakes which may be the source of low data quality.

And many many more... We have still a lot of work to do, but we decided to to it . The development will take a lot of time, but it seems to be real to launch some beta version after summer 2009.

ich kann zu Deinem Beobachtungsbericht nur kurz schreiben... Suuupppper. Tja das sind Ausnahmenächte die es sicher in etlichen Gebieten ab und zu mal gibt. Ich hoffe das wir so ne Bedingungen auch zu unserem Treffen dem mittlerweile 12.SBST haben. Wer Lust und Zeit hat sollte den weg nicht scheuen.

Also GG bis nahe an 7 mag sind imho auch problemlos im Flachland möglich (besonders im dünn besiedelten südlichen Brandenburg [:D]). Im Januar war ich mit meinem Lidl draußen und konnte einen 6.8 mag Stern zu 50% halten. Und obwohl die Andromedagalaxie gerade mal halbhoch am Himmel stand, reichte sie in die Außenbereiche der Milchstraße hinein. Auch sonst war die Wintermilchstraße in ihren Strukturen fast vergleichbar mit der Sommermilchstraße und sehr beeindruckend.

Am 14.4 war ich ebenfalls mal wieder draußen und konnte die beiden "Doppelsterne" in den Jagdhunden SAO 44573 (6,51 mag) und SAO 44582 (6,35 mag) ohne Probleme erkennen. Das bedeutet, wenn Transparenz, Feuchtigkeit der Luft und die Streulichsituation stimmen, sind GG >6,5 mag problemlos möglich.

Und Ralf übertreibt keinesfalls, weil z.B. auf dem 2006er HTT, wo natürlich ein Ausnahmehimmel selbst für HTT Verhältnisse herrschte, die Dreiecksgalaxie flächig und direkt erkannt werden konnte.

hatte es da nicht auch kurz vorher geregnet? So dass sämtlicher Dreck aus der Luft war? Ich glaub das schon, dass es möglich ist hier im Flachland solche Traumhimmel zu erreichen. Aber sicher nicht immer, bzw. so oft wie im Hochland. Ich meine im Verhältnis gesehen. Also gleiche Anzahl klarer Tage. Und natürlich kommt der Himmel bei uns nicht mit, wenn man ihn mit dem Himmel in südl. Gefilden vergleicht. Ich hatte 1x das Vergnügen dies in Australien zu erleben. Man kann da nur sagen GEIL!! Und wird nur einmalig gewesen sein. Also das beste aus unserem Himmel herausholen und nicht streiten!

natürlich ist ein Namibia-Himmel oder ein Himmel mitten im Outback Australiens mit nichts zu vergleichen. [:D] Aus persönlicher Erfahrung kann ich aber behaupten, dass an meinem Beobachtungsort eine GG von durchschnittlich 6,6 mag vorherrscht. Und ja, 2007 hat es 2 Tage vor dem Treffen intensiv geregnet. [:D]
